Growing up, I loved reading books like Brave New World and 1984. I hungered for more dystopian novels…but I guess I didn’t look hard enough. In fact, I “judged a book by its cover.” Seriously, look at it. It looks like either a “man-book” or a history book…neither of which I would be interested in. I never looked further into The Hunger Games until I saw it was becoming a movie. I know. I know. Pathetic.

However, I started reading the series a few weeks ago on my Kindle. I am now on the third book and I am trying to read it slowly so it will last longer.

If you have not read this trilogy…I encourage you. I haven’t met a person that disliked it yet!
